Navigate, search and recover connectivity
Find the correct screen and understand loading, offline and session states.
Before you begin
- Sign in to Eva and select the intended project.
- Use fictional records when practising; changes affect the selected business.
Starting screen: /dashboard
1. Navigate through business groups
Use sidebar groups such as Business, Team & automation, Content & knowledge and Workspace settings. Use Toggle Sidebar when collapsed.
Expected result: The chosen dashboard destination opens.
Confirm it worked: Check its heading and the active project.
2. Use the command menu
Click Open command menu and search for a destination or action.
Expected result: Matching commands are listed.
Confirm it worked: Choose the intended route, such as CRM or Create new project.
3. Handle loading or errors
Wait for the screen’s loading state to resolve. If a recoverable error appears, use Retry after checking connectivity.
Expected result: The screen displays data or actionable feedback.
Confirm it worked: An empty state and a failed load have different meanings.
4. Respect offline and sign-out state
When offline, read saved screens where supported and wait for connectivity before writing. Use Log out when finished.
Expected result: Writes are blocked while offline; sign-out returns to login and clears cached account data.
Confirm it worked: Return to the login screen and confirm project data is no longer accessible.
Troubleshooting and alternatives
Cached presentation can load quickly but does not authorise actions. If membership or plan access changes, the server still controls operations.
A remembered route does not replace current authentication. Sign in again with the correct approved identity after expiry.
