Accept access and sign in
Enter the private Eva workspace using your approved email address.
Before you begin
- Have an approved Eva email address or a valid access confirmation link.
- Have access to the inbox for that address.

1. Confirm your access
If you joined the waitlist, open the confirmation link sent to your email. On the confirmed screen, choose the continuation action. Use only your own invitation or confirmation link.
Expected result: Confirmation grants access and continuation opens Eva with a session; this path does not require another OTP.
Confirm it worked: You reach onboarding or your existing dashboard.
2. Request a login code
For a returning login, enter the invited email address on Eva’s login screen and submit the form.
Expected result: The code-entry screen is shown. Unknown addresses receive a neutral response and are not signed up.
Confirm it worked: Check the inbox for the same approved address.
3. Enter the current code
Enter the email verification code. If it has expired, use the resend control and enter the newest code.
Expected result: A valid code signs you in; an invalid code gives feedback without opening a project.
Confirm it worked: The login form gives way to onboarding, project selection or the dashboard.
4. Choose the next step
If this is your first workspace, follow the onboarding guide. Existing members select their project.
Expected result: You enter only a business you are permitted to access.
Confirm it worked: Read the project name before entering business data.
Troubleshooting and alternatives
Invitation and confirmation links are single-use. A replay or expired link cannot be used to establish another session. Request fresh access through the original email flow.
If no email arrives, check spam and confirm the exact invited address. A neutral request result does not establish that an address has access. Never forward your codes or links.
