Before you begin

  • Sign in to Eva and select the intended project.
  • Use fictional records when practising; changes affect the selected business.

Starting screen: /dashboard

1. Open Checkup

On Dashboard choose Checkup.

Expected result: The checkup surface or existing history becomes available.

Confirm it worked: Check the active project and the latest recorded date.

Result: Open Checkup. Select the image to enlarge it.

2. Start the intended review

Use the displayed run action when you intend to request a new checkup.

Expected result: The checkup enters its pending/running state.

Confirm it worked: Do not start another run merely because the current one is still pending.

3. Inspect the completed result

Open the completed checkup in history and read its findings and recommended actions.

Expected result: The review outcome is available for the project.

Confirm it worked: Compare its timestamp and context with current business conditions.

4. Inspect errors or project changes

If the checkup fails, read its audit/detail feedback. Switch back to its origin project to find that project’s pending or historical run.

Expected result: The outcome remains scoped to the business that initiated it.

Confirm it worked: A pending run from one project does not appear as work for another.

Troubleshooting and alternatives

An illustrated deterministic review is an example and does not validate live model quality.

A failed run should provide useful detail; do not treat an empty result as a successful checkup.
