Agents and collaboration
Work with Eva in General
Ask Eva about the active business and follow its response and tool activity.
Screenshots use a deterministic example response and approval proposal. Live responses depend on the active project context and configured capabilities.
Before you begin
- Sign in to Eva and select the intended project.
- Use fictional records when practising; changes affect the selected business.
Starting screen: /dashboard/channels
1. Open General
Open the General channel, or use Open General chat in the dashboard header.
Expected result: The durable General conversation is displayed.
Confirm it worked: The side panel and central channel represent the same project conversation.
2. Send a clear request
For this example, enter “Update brand and operating notes to keep enquiry follow-up concise and helpful” in Message #general… and click Submit.
Expected result: Your message appears and Eva begins responding.
Confirm it worked: Keep requests bounded to the selected business.
3. Read progress and results
Follow streamed text. Open the activity disclosure to inspect thoughts and tool outcomes where shown.
Expected result: Completed, failed and rejected tool states remain distinguishable.
Confirm it worked: Read the final result; tool activity alone does not prove an action succeeded.
4. Respond to a question or approval
If Eva asks a bounded question, select an answer. For a proposed write, review the exact action before choosing approval or denial.
Expected result: Your response continues the same parked run.
Confirm it worked: Verify the eventual result in the relevant business screen.
5. Stop or return later
Use Stop to cancel a running response when needed. Close the side panel or navigate away, then return to General.
Expected result: The durable conversation remains accessible.
Confirm it worked: Refresh and confirm completed messages remain without duplicate activity.
Troubleshooting and alternatives
No live model request is needed for illustrated demonstrations; deterministic replies are labelled examples. Your live result depends on available context.
On a terminal error, read the feedback before retrying. Reconnection restores durable events; do not send the same business change repeatedly.
