Manage business work and pipeline state

Review the next best actions and move work through its lifecycle.

Before you begin

  • Sign in to Eva and select the intended project.
  • Use fictional records when practising; changes affect the selected business.

Starting screen: /dashboard

1. Review the dashboard

Action: Review the dashboard. Select the image to enlarge it.

Open Dashboard and inspect Next best actions and Pipeline.

Expected result: The active project’s operating work is visible.

Confirm it worked: Check the project name before updating a task.

2. Attend a suggested action

Action: Attend a suggested action. Select the image to enlarge it.

Read the suggestion’s title and details, then click Attend [title] to accept responsibility.

Expected result: Suggestion attended. appears and the accepted item remains available for its next action.

Confirm it worked: Read the intended outcome before changing state.

3. Move its state

Action: Move its state. Select the image to enlarge it.

For work you have actually finished, use Complete [title]. The item moves to the Done pipeline column. To reschedule accepted work instead, drag its card to the intended pipeline column.

Expected result: Work item completed. appears and the Done column shows the item.

Confirm it worked: Do not mark Done until the actual business work is finished.

4. Verify persistence

Action: Verify persistence. Select the image to enlarge it.

Reload the dashboard and inspect the same item.

Expected result: The saved state remains.

Confirm it worked: The item appears in its updated column without duplication.

Troubleshooting and alternatives

An agent recommendation is not the same as a completed task. State changes should reflect actual business progress.

If a move fails, review feedback and connectivity before trying again.
