Agents and collaboration
Verify an owner phone and request a call
Verify your own number before requesting an owner voice call.
Before you begin
- Sign in and select the intended project.
- Live voice requires configured services/providers; demonstrations must use labelled deterministic boundaries.
Starting screen: /dashboard/agents
1. Open owner phone controls
Open Eva’s settings in Agents, then Voice Testing and the Owner phone section.
Expected result: The phone-verification controls are shown on an eligible plan.
Confirm it worked: Inspect the displayed state and verify the service-confirmed outcome before continuing.
2. Request a verification code
Enter your own Phone number in international format and choose Send verification code.
Expected result: The configured provider sends a verification challenge; this is a real external operation.
Confirm it worked: Inspect the displayed state and verify the service-confirmed outcome before continuing.
3. Verify the current code
Enter the received Verification code and choose Verify code.
Expected result: The number is marked verified after service confirmation.
Confirm it worked: Inspect the displayed state and verify the service-confirmed outcome before continuing.
4. Request an intended call
Choose Call me only when you intend a real call to the verified number. Review the eventual call status and Recent Calls.
Expected result: The call is queued or an actionable failure is shown; queued is not proof of a connected call.
Confirm it worked: Inspect the displayed state and verify the service-confirmed outcome before continuing.
Troubleshooting and alternatives
This walkthrough does not send SMS or place a live phone call during capture. Never photograph verification codes.
A verified owner phone is different from approving an outbound customer call. Do not substitute another person’s number.
