Review and export project activity

Inspect recorded project changes and export the scoped audit history.

Before you begin

  • Sign in to Eva and select the intended project.
  • Use fictional records when practising; changes affect the selected business.

Starting screen: /dashboard/audit

1. Open Audit

Action: Open Audit. Select the image to enlarge it.

Choose Workspace settings → Audit.

Expected result: The Project audit table is displayed.

Confirm it worked: Confirm the active project.

2. Sort and page the history

Action: Sort and page the history. Select the image to enlarge it.

Open Open Action column options, then choose Sort ascending or Sort descending. Use the table’s page controls to inspect older events. The current screen does not have an action/resource search box.

Expected result: The audit list follows the selected ordering and page.

Confirm it worked: Check project selection and page before concluding an event is absent.

3. Inspect an event

Action: Inspect an event. Select the image to enlarge it.

Open the relevant row’s Audit event details.

Expected result: The event’s recorded details are visible.

Confirm it worked: Read action, resource and timestamp together; do not infer unsaved edits from a recorded view.

4. Export the history

Action: Export the history. Select the image to enlarge it.

Choose Download CSV.

Expected result: A scoped audit CSV downloads.

Confirm it worked: Open it and verify headers, project scope and the intended records.

Troubleshooting and alternatives

Audit history records completed platform events, not every keystroke. Use the business record itself to confirm current state.

Treat exports as private business data even though screenshots in these guides use fictional records.
