Inspect automation results and failures

Distinguish a review result from queue, worker and delivery problems.

Desktop · Free / Pro · Owner / Editor

Before you begin

  • Sign in to Eva and select the intended project.
  • Use fictional records when practising; changes affect the selected business.

Starting screen: /dashboard/roster

1. Open history

Click Open roster history from Roster.

Expected result: The Roster history view opens.

Confirm it worked: Confirm the selected project and responsibility.

Result: Open history. Select the image to enlarge it.

2. Inspect a review

Open the relevant completed review. Read its trigger, outcome and any channel update.

Expected result: The recorded result is available without rerunning the agent.

Confirm it worked: Check timestamps and source before treating the result as current.

3. Inspect failed or queued work

Select a failed or pending item and read the displayed failure/recovery details.

Expected result: The history distinguishes queued, completed and failed work.

Confirm it worked: A durable queued item may remain after a dispatcher wake failure.

4. Review email delivery separately

Inspect notification/delivery status where available.

Expected result: A completed review can have a separate email-delivery failure.

Confirm it worked: Do not label the whole review failed solely because its notification failed.

Troubleshooting and alternatives

Retry only through supported controls after checking the failure reason. Repeating a task can produce another review and notification.

The history is scoped to the active project. Missing entries may be due to project selection, filters or an event that was never admitted.
