Create a scheduled roster responsibility

Schedule a bounded agent review with an explicit recipe and delivery policy.

Before you begin

  • Sign in to Eva and select the intended project.
  • Use fictional records when practising; changes affect the selected business.

Starting screen: /dashboard/roster

1. Open a new task

Action: Open a new task. Select the image to enlarge it.

Choose Team & automation → Roster and click New task.

Expected result: The New roster task sheet appears.

Confirm it worked: Check the task usage allowance before creating another task.

2. Set the responsibility

Action: Set the responsibility. Select the image to enlarge it.

Enter Title = Weekly business review. Choose Recipe, Channel and Agent where shown. Add Additional instructions explaining the review’s scope.

Expected result: The task identifies what is reviewed and where the result goes.

Confirm it worked: Select a recipe appropriate to the available business data.

3. Choose the schedule

Action: Choose the schedule. Select the image to enlarge it.

Use Schedule and its relevant day/date controls. Choose Hour = 09 and Minutes = 30. Review timezone information where shown.

Expected result: The calendar settings represent the intended recurrence.

Confirm it worked: Confirm daily, weekly, monthly or run-once timing explicitly.

4. Choose delivery and activation

Action: Choose delivery and activation. Select the image to enlarge it.

Set Channel update, Email notifications and Email recipients where available. Review Enabled.

Expected result: The task has a clear channel/email policy and active state.

Confirm it worked: Do not email, important updates and every completed review have different delivery intent.

5. Create and verify

Action: Create and verify. Select the image to enlarge it.

Click Create task and wait for Roster task created.

Expected result: The responsibility appears in the roster calendar.

Confirm it worked: Reload and open the task preview to verify its title, schedule and policy.

Troubleshooting and alternatives

Roster agents review business context through read-only capabilities. A successful review does not establish that a separate email delivery succeeded.

If the allowance is exhausted, manage existing tasks or review your plan. Some recipes expose different fields; use the actual recipe form.
