Desktop · Free / Pro · Owner

Before you begin

  • Sign in to Eva and select the intended project.
  • Use fictional records when practising; changes affect the selected business.

Starting screen: /dashboard/content

1. Open research settings

In Content open Settings and Research automation.

Expected result: The project research configuration is shown.

Confirm it worked: Confirm the project’s existing settings before changing them.

Result: Open research settings. Select the image to enlarge it.

2. Define the audience and topics

Enter Audience, Seed topics, one per line, Search language, and Time zone. Set Maximum articles per day.

Expected result: The automation has explicit subject and cadence limits.

Confirm it worked: Choose topics relevant to your actual offer and customer segment.

3. Choose approval and inputs

Review Approval mode, Project default CTA and eligible research integrations. Select a verified Google Ads account only when intended.

Expected result: The configuration identifies approval behaviour and optional data inputs.

Confirm it worked: Automatic approval still depends on every required check passing.

4. Save activation state

Review Enable content automation and click Save automation settings.

Expected result: Settings and enabled state are saved.

Confirm it worked: Reload settings and confirm the values.

5. Inspect research activity

Open Activity, History or Signals. Use Run research now only when you intend a run. Review Outcomes, candidate searches and generated drafts.

Expected result: Research results/history are visible independently of article release.

Confirm it worked: Review draft checks and approvals before delivery.

Troubleshooting and alternatives

Automatic research does not mean every result becomes public. Required checks, approval mode and delivery remain distinct.

A local deterministic research result illustrates the workflow; it does not validate live provider output or factual quality.
